The thing about Lebron and Magic is that they are both elite ball handlers which in turn makes them able to be elite passers. And by that I mean that they could dribble around the court and you wouldnt care not that they are Kyrie Irving with the handles. This is something that is extremely hard for players 6-7 and above.

Simmons hasnt proven that yet.

Ben Simmons is unknown. I see a guy that looks like he has a lazy mindset. He's not fiery like Magic or ridiculously talented like Lebron.

I see Lamar Odom. He's going to be an all star caliber talent.
