they are a historically unique team for beating a 73 win team down 3-1, and breaking a 52 year championship drought.
I think it's arguably the most special championship of the decade. Best team of the decade? :confusedshrug: who knows.

Tempted to go with a Lebron-Wade-Bosh-Allen-Birdman combo ... they went on that crazy win streak then won the title... Spurs, Cavs, Warriors, all definitely up there too

2013 Miami Heat beat them. Wade and Bosh and their bench regressed in the 2014 finals.
Looking at the quality of oppositions in the playoffs the 2012 Miami Heat had the best resume. Beat Melo/Amare in the first round, beat Paul George and Danny Granger in the 2nd round, beat Rondo, and the Celtics Big Three in the Conference Finals, and beat future MVP and scoring champions Durant, Harden, Westbrook in the NBA Finals.

Good team, but really Lebron just choked.
Same with 2016 Warriors and Curry choking. I dont think the 2016 Cavs are better than them.

16 Cavs or 14 Spurs. Isn't there a ranking with the stats that show where CLE ranks up with the other winners?

Choking is a part of who a player is (at the time) and what a team is made of (at the time).
Gotta give props to the Mavs and Cavs. Lebron definitely ghosted worse than I've seen from superstars, but perhaps it made him better and mentally tougher.
Losing happens, and it's usually not pretty.

I would take 12 Heat over 13 Heat for the simple fact LeBron had one of the best postseason runs ever. And the Big 3 aside from missing Bosh in for parts, were able to click throughout the Finals. They were a lot better in the regular season in 13. But Wade was hurt in the playoffs, and Bosh was atrocious the last two rounds of playoffs.

16 Cavs probably lacking in defense compared to some of the other teams. They were able to turn it on when they had to though (Games 3-7 of the Finals). But they got into some shootouts at times.

2016 Cavs:
Started the playoffs 10-0
Highest offensive efficiency of any team in the past 30 years through ten games
Most threes made in a game and in a half.
Multiple individual records by Kyrie and lebron.
It's either 2016 cavs or 2014 spurs

OP's IQ is numerically challenged which shouldn't be that much of a surprise considering how vertically challenged he is.

Yeah i'd say the 2016 cavs they started 10-0 and completely dismantled the 2nd best defense in the nba behind the spurs in the alanta hawks. + comming back from 3-1 over the most stacked team in nba history.
