Rj is a decent role player but what he does off the court is the most important. Lebron rides the team hard but arm gives them a calming and supportive voice throughout the season.
In one scenario, TT has a massive game and sacrificed his body but when the buzzer sounded everyone went to pat Bron on the back. Moment the bell sounded, Rj on the other and grabbed TT around the head and looked him in the eyes and told TT how important he was and how he set the tone for the team. Rj is there to give you credit when everyone else is busy patting LBJ and Irving on the back.
This is why everyone loves rj so much. He balances the locker room and keeps them calm while Lebron leads them. I'm happy the team managed to convince him not to retire just yet
