I thought Vargas was trying to fight him and that fell through? I don't get this fight other than GGG just wants to troll Canelo. Its funny, Brook takes this fight coming from welter. Brook is pretty tough and he is a big welterweight and Golovkin is a small middleweight. I bet they probably walk around at a very similar weight.

Brook couldn't find anyone to fight him at his weight class. Major props for having the balls to fight Golovkin and actually clamoring to fight Golovkin.
