cuz nigguhs wanna go to nba straight outta highschool and we need better comp in the nba

Make the nba draft and rights system a hybrid of both the nhl and mlb draftz
Make the draft 3-4 roundz

-Players don't declare for the draft but can be drafted as soon as they finish high school.

-If a player is drafted out of high school they can agree to a contract right after being drafted this contract will be guarenteed.

-If a player is drafted out of high school but doesn't sign and stays in college for atleast 2 seasons they will no longer be binded to the rookie scale and can sign up to the max as if they were a free agent.

-If a player decides to go to college the team that drafted him retains his rights for 4 years, after which they either sign him to a deal or he can re-declare for the draft

-Players in college don't have to drop out of school to declare for the draft but are added to the pool after every subsequent year, If a player is drafted they can stay in college or sign with the nba team that drafted them.

These changes will

1.Provide some security for players so they dont have to worry bout getting injured.
2.Can stay in college and develop and not have to worry bout getting paid.. or draft stock falling
3.Allows flash in the pan players time to prove they are the real deal and not feel the pressure to declare for the draft early.
4.Make college bball more ****in interesting.

only way to let back high school players is 1 season rookie deals 2 mill max. it is fair enough for both sides to off load a bad decision or secure them long term.

One of the worst most lame comebacks I've seen executed on ISH

Saw it a mile away but I didn't think you'd be corny enough to add a laughing emoji to your own joke

Its more like a clause.
A 1-2 round pick would already be guaranteed, but the player would have the option to waive that if he wanted to if he intended on staying in college longer.
On the other hand if a team decided they didn't want a pick anymore they could buy out his contract for the number of years he played in college x 500k

Allow them to be drafted out of High School, but play in College or overseas if they want. Once they are drafted, their NBA experience clock starts. That means if they get drafted out of High School, then play 4 years of College, they would enter the NBA as a 4 year vet. The real reason guys are rushing into the NBA, besides the initial pay day, is because of how the NBA pay scale is structured.

OP took a few good ideas and blended them up in his retard machine to dumb down what could be a good discussion.

No need for 4 rounds though, the second round is largely a waste of time now.

Make it mandatory for players to serve a minimum 2 years in college before entering the NBA.

we are getting too many players coming into the NBA with minimal fundamentals.

Having a 3rd round in the draft is a really interesting idea. With the D-League expanding and each NBA team slowly getting full control of a team, a 3rd round would allow teams to take players that they could develop into their own system and keeps talent from going overseas after being undrafted.

Not only helps NBA teams but the D-League as well.
