Within the NBA context, which is what I assume is being discussed, Ginobli has no success separate from Duncan. Neither does Parker and Pop.

Duncan has received criticism for his role on the 2004 team. The reason it doesn't get discussed all too much is that it's really just about the only thing you could criticize him for, there were other stars on the team so the blame isn't/wasn't squarely on his shoulders, and his fans aren't obnoxious to the degree of some of the MJ/Kobe/Lebron zealots, so you'll hear about it less. Meanwhile, MJ/Kobe/Bron nuts have spent eternity arguing for their guy, which is why all you hear is '1-9, 6-24, 2-6( now 3-7), 2011 choke', and all the other nitpicks used to criticize. Same with Magic and Bird fans, you'll only occasionally hear 'Tragic' Johnson comments nowadays or about the number of times Bird lost in the playoffs with HCA, because their fanbases nowadays aren't nearly as venomous so those flaws aren't part of the internet forum/ barber shop debate vernacular.
