Degree of selfishness and ego.

Not saying it as a bad thing, just that every player has varying degrees of those attributes.

Lebron - Magic - Bird is one category.

Jordan - Kobe - Iverson is another.

Jordan's high IQ and superior talent allowed him to be efficient though so he doesn't belong in that category.

Kobe and unfortunately my boy AI were selfish players and their senseless chucking caused them to be so inefficient.

He was, look at the TS percent, he had nearly identical efficiency as Duncan had throughout his career

Sure it did that's what helps his GOAT case.
But he also simply the superior player to Kobe, whom also had insane athleticism.
