Only difference is Shaq was the Lakers best player, while outside of 2011 LeBron has been the unquestioned best player on his team every year of his career. Just for reference, Shaq has twice as many All-NBA First Team selections than Bosh/Kyrie/Love have All-NBA selections combined.
