has bird and duncan as the 2 forwards - Bran's position
Magic at the Pointguard.
Lets exclude Magic for a second,
Wilt is number 1 center, which means he is higher than Kareem. This pushes bran out of the top 3.
Then there is Duncan and Bird, who are also ranked higher than Bran, This pushes bran even further down.
So in essence, these players are better than bran.
Wilt, Bird, Duncan, MJ, Kareem.
A fair argument can be made that Shaq is better than Duncan. A great argument can be made that Kobe is better than Duncan.
This leaves bran pretty low in the totem pole. I think somewhere with the KG, Jerry West category.
Today, Horry said Kobe is better than Duncan.
This leaves the following players better than Bran.
Wilt, Bird, Duncan, MJ, Kareem, Kobe. Bran is at least lower than 7.
