I struggle with my shoulder workout. Indecision and ineffective workouts.
Question: Who here does Arnold presses? Are they better than straight shoulder presses?

Do both. Go heavy on barbell press(strict), then drop the weight and do some volume on Arnold's.

No. Don't do sh** on the smith machine because it locks up your movement.
Do military press

Well depends whats OP's goal here.. Does he want to be the local crossfit champ or does he want massive shoulders?

Warm up with overhead presses. Alternate front and behind the head. You don't need to go heavy. Just get the shoulders loose.
After that, do some flys. Start out with both arms at the same time with a weight that you can keep good form.
Then move to a weight that is too heavy. Do it one arm at at time and brace yourself. Don't worry too much about form.
Go back to both arms with lighter Weight and good form.
Go to the back extension thing. Do back extensions except do reverse flys at the same time with pretty light weights and good form ...be careful.
There you go.
