I'm still kind of hoping they take a stab at Larry Sanders. I know about all the baggage obviously and not having played in a couple years, but he'd be worth a look if nothing else, imo.

Birdman is a perfectly reasonable signing. Certainly an upgrade over Kaun.

If you say so...he's pretty much just a stiff out there now. Doesn't play any good ANYTHING. Also, while he may not have a lot of mileage for a 38 year old...the guy has always been ailing from something or other and that takes a lot out of you too.

They'd have to work him out and he'd have to legit take a minimum contract. He's already getting $1.8 million per year until 2022 because of the stretch provision they gave him. Kind of f*cked up you can have 1 good year in the NBA, get caught with drug abuse multiple times in your early 20s then step away and get almost $2 million a year.
