I think so , to squash Trump, and his anti-gay conservative running mate.

I don't see how that would work. I was gobsmacked to see Bernie endorse her (Which I think was wrong).
Trump may have some extreme views about Mexicans and Muslims but from an outsiders perspective he seems to want to improve relationships over seas rather than continue the imperialist nature of Hilary. I'd much rather see some pissed off demographics than a potential conflict with Russia.

Even though I know a certain number of his supporters are not happy at his endorsement picking Sanders would probably shore up the young, liberal vote. I would think Warren is not in serious contention because an all female ticket would carry a decent amount of risk.
Who else is considered to be on the shortlist?

I would have voted for almost any Non- neoliberal Democrat but not Hilary. She is a bigger corporate puppet than even Obama. Atleast Trump will keep America safe and have less debtors to repay when he is in office.

Hillary Clinton also hates gay people. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dY77j6uBHI)

Hillary isn't either a liberal or a conservative, just a Wall St. puppet and criminal. She's stealing from Bernie's platform to try and gain his supporters but she'll never keep those promises. I never vote for any politicians that take Wall St. money.

That's my interpretation too.
I don't think she has any core beliefs or values beyond whats currently trending and she doesn't have foresight or vision because she is a prisoner of the moment. Hillary is not thinking 10-20 years down the line like a guy like Bernie who foresaw how disastrous NAFTA would be for American workers and how destabilizing the invasion of Iraq would be for the ME.

Everyone takes wall street money including your self.
So that means you do not vote.

I'm not American but surely the inequality of the gay community peaked and passed years ago. Doesn't America have gay marriage now and the right to adopt children? (Correct me if I'm wrong)
When refusal to make a birthday cake makes international headlines surely the worst of the persecution is long gone.
Trump supporters don't have to agree with him in his entirety. For me as a citizen of the U.K someone like Trump coming out and saying we don't need to get into any more global disputes especially with Russia seems like an obvious sign of common sense. Is Hilary going to take that approach? I'd say it's doubtful.

Hillary has an extensive pro-war voting record and history, and her rhetoric during her current campaign has been especially violent in particular towards Iran.
If she gets in to power, that is our next target.

She's the one who set the groundwork for the Iran Nuclear Deal. What would they be a 'target' for exactly? She obviously favored diplomacy, and followed through on it, with Iran.
Also isn't Bernie like 107 years old? Would he even make it through 2 terms? You need someone young who can be the standard bearer of the party when your term(s) is done. Young Julian Castro would be a bold and far-seeing pick.

Stuff like gay and transgender rights are imo diversionary wedge issues that are thrown out there to distract voters from the stuff that really affects their lives.
Gay marriage is just the latest liberal bandwagon so you get posers like Brad Pitt grandstanding about how it's the end all be all when he wrecked his first marriage because of infidelity.

I don't see any real benefits to picking Sanders.
If she felt she needed that, she should pick Warren, who covers the same ground, is smarter and more effective than Sanders and came out swinging for Hillary.
Warren also drives Trump crazy which is always good.

President, and VP running mates that are female , would NOT be excepted in this modern day era.
After all look at this thread: the majority are Trump supporters and are willing to except a VP running mate that is against gays. :pimp:

Your right its much better if a nuc country that is a roge , attack and take out Israel , then continue to garner lands from the middle east.
We should whip our hands from all other country conflicts and take care of us.
And before your in -
We should take the peace for delegation approach , and after they whip out a country , scold them like children and take away their spoon , and say we will paddle you with your spoon by not allowing US products... well done.
