Wow.

I remember ordering a Brazil number 10 jersey during the 2006 World Cup..... as an 11 year old boy with a fascination with greatness

Good times.

Probably the player that had the largest fanbase amongst people who don't normally watch soccer. Everyone knew Ronaldinho in the mid 00's.

Seeing that footage of him playing for Milan got me thinking about Kaka. It's crazy how quickly both Ronaldinho and Kaka declined.

It is too bad he always sucked with Brazil. Like Messi he was another super star who was great on Barcelona and vanished on his national team. That freekick goal vs England was the only good thing he ever did in a Brazil shirt.

 Don't forget him breaking Ashley Cole's ankles and the dime to Rivaldo in the same game.

Alright, that game where he sonned England was the only good thing he did in a Brazil shirt :lol

What the hell was Seaman thinking? English keepers have to be the worst in the world

Just standing there watching it and doesn't react until it is over his head. What a bonehead.

I still can't decide if Ronaldinho actually meant that. From his viewpoint it looks like he spotted Seaman off his line but when you see the reverse angle it looks like Ronaldinho was trying to float the ball into the back post because he never looks up.

he meant it. It was a perfect chip and pace and had no bend in it. Ronaldinho has great technique, if he was trying to deliver a ball in to the box he would have bent it in. Also he rushed it as soon as the ref blew the whistle, he was trying to surprise Seaman. Brilliant.

Seaman choked too, just like Hart, James and Green and Robinson who all came after him.

Maybe Frasier Forster is the answer.

It was dumb goalkeeping, no reason for him to be off his line at all.

Another Seaman off-his-line blunder: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiYt3iNWau0

I remember watching the 2002 World Cup with my dad and brother, we had a giant poster with all the team brackets. Ronaldinyo was my favorite player. That Brazil super team though.

It's been 14 years.
