one of my relatives did this to his parents. he got them to sign a home equity loan on their house for 100k. right when they were almost finished paying off the house too. he then gambled all the money away. The parents had to sell the house rather then paying off the 100k loan. they now live in a mobile home in a trailer park. some people are scum.
