Ailes is out.
Fox News confirmed to The Daily Beast editor-at-large Lloyd Grove on Tuesday that beleagured chairman and CEO Roger Ailes will depart the cable news network following sexual harassment claims by former anchor Gretchen Carlson. According to a document obtained by the Drudge Report, Ailes will receive at least a $40 million buyout from the network. The news comes hours after New York Magazine reporter Gabe Sherman wrote that Fox News star Megyn Kelly told investigators hired by 21st Century Fox that Ailes had sexually harassed her ten years ago.

Did you guys watch Hillary's speech to the NAACP?
According to her....the two of you shouldn't be getting along.

The dismantling of the GOP power structure and their media wing has bridged that divide.

Not according to your master.:confusedshrug:
There is still room aboard the Trump train.
You follow Trump as religiously as I do and have watched the entire Republican convention just like I did.
BTW...you and the OP never gave me a reason why you support Hillary.
The only guy that did was Jameer...a 17 year old from Alabama.
Step up your game pls.

Apparently, Ailes is still in place until July 22.
Gabriel Sherman @gabrielsherman 4m4 minutes ago
Hearing Ailes is huddled with advisers in "full on crazy mode." He's furious that Megyn Kelly is now being credited with his ouster

Turns out OP's source was wrong, Ailes will remain on the job.
I was under the impression there was some form of physical harassment but it looks like it is a he said, she said verbal harrasment thing going on. If Clinton can be accused by MULTIPLE women claiming PHYSICAL abuse, and keep his job, Ailes probably figures he can beat these verbal harassment accusations.

No. He is on the job until next week. He is negotiating his departure.

Your impression is quite wrong. And there are multiple women and unlike Clinton, they are credible.

Sounds about right.
But seriously, who cares about Roger Ailes?

^ This is why liberals are more obsessed with Trump than republicans.

Sorry Bucky, Rupert and his son already decided Ailes is a goner.
Are you really trying to defend this old scumbag that sexually harassed/molested many young white women, really?
Your kind disgust me :facepalm

Really? You must have some really impressive inside connections within FOX.
How much hush money has Ailes payed out to his victims? We know Clinton had to reach deep into his pockets. Hell Ailes doesn't even have any rape accusations, compared to Clinton, he's an amateur. :oldlol:

So who is this dude and why should we care?
Please lets not pretend like we know who he is and how much of a game changer he is.
Now answer the question.

Without Fox he would be on elsewhere. Unlike Hillary who hasn't done an interview or press conference in years.
Without Fox he would be on Morning Joe. They love him on MSNBC but he refused to do their show as of late. Mika has a huge crush on Trump.

That's not what I'm talking about numbnuts. Without Fox the Republican audience wouldn't have been systematically dumbed down and conditioned to believe absolute bullshit.
Trump basically came along and proved that the the Republican party resting on a base white grievances and phobias of several kinds. And that this audience was not able to see through a con man. Ailes was a giant part in this. Having a TV refuge for someone like Glenn Beck or Sarah Palin helped with all this and it helped the Republican party become a radical party

I'm not defending Ailes, but two of the women accusing him got their own shows. Isn't that what most of these people want..their own spotlight?

Without FOX News dumbing down America for the last 20 years, you would never have Trump as the GOP nominee.
