But these "blacks" aren't the same as the ones early in US history. Most African Americans today have a heavy dose of Caucasian and/or native American blood. If they went to Africa, they'd be seen as "white" by the natives. Hell Bob Marley wasn't even that light skinned, and he was known as "The German" by his full blooded Afro-Jamaican siblings and friends.

Yes, there are more mothers aged 15-19 among the Hispanic population, which makes up about 15% of the population, as whites, which make up almost 70%. Liberals basically live to counter conservatives, no matter what the position or logic is. They have to separate themselves as smarter and morally superior. It's just their hobby.
