This part got me laughing...

We were the only team in the NBA to beat [Cleveland and Golden State] on their home court. The only team in the NBA, the Boston Celtics," Crowder told MassLive.com. "We told him that. We played him clips from both games and told him basically the scouting report of how we guarded Steph [Curry] and Klay [Thompson] -- our entire game plan, basically. That's what made me mad. We f---ing told him everything we do to beat these guys, and we beat them, and he went and joined them. ...

"Afterward, I was talking to Isaiah [Thomas], like maybe after you sit back, [we] shouldn't have told him everything, but who the f--- thought he was going to Golden State, realistically? It was like a slap in the face for us, basically.

What a savage. So Durant used these team meetings as a cover to unravel other team's opposing strategies against the Warriors. Dirty little shit.

I wouldn't say he "used" them. It's not like he went into Boston and told them, "How are you going to beat the Warriors?" He went into Boston and that was Boston's actual pitch to him to show him that they beat the best teams in the NBA without him. With him they could be contenders.

But I do find it hilarious they told all these things about how to beat them, then he f*cking joins the Warriors. LOL

Not gonna lie. I mean, we all know how cowardly this move was by Durant, I guess there's really no need to get into how much of a legacy-disintegrator this choice was for the Slim Reaper any more than we already have.

BUT... this is on Crowder and anyone else involved in divulging strategic schemes. You knew the risks, you know GSW's name was in the hat for Durant. Giving out valuable info like that is stupid and never would have been the difference-maker that put it over the top for Durant to join BOS anyway. Dumb all around.

This is why I found it funny. It's almost like Trump asking Ted Cruz to come talk at his convention even though they know Cruz isn't endorsing Trump. :oldlol:

Are you officially on their bandwagon fully now?

It's pretty funny how it seems as if the Celtics honestly believed they were going to sign KD and that there was no chance of him going to GSW.

Crowder and the Celtics are dumbasses for giving away their trade secrets. No one would choose to live in Boston instead of San Fransisco.

Trump saw the speech two hours before Cruz gave it and approved of it. He let Cruz go out there because he knew Cruz was going to bomb.

It worked out exactly how he thought it would. Cruz made his desperate bid for power and got roundly shit on. All that did was serve to further unite the Republican party.

Lots of people prefer to live in Boston over San Francisco. I personally know a couple that moved from San Fran to Boston because the of their profession and the fact that property taxes are almost double in San Fran than Boston and out-lying suburbs.

If you got the money, and shit, sure most people would probably pick San Fran. I probably wouldn't even if I had the money. Dem earthquakes freak me out yo.

They're both dumbasses. It doesn't matter to me.

Being the face of one of the greatest franchises in all of sports with a really solid roster and Brad Stevens as head coach ... that sounds pretty enticing to me.

Definitely not enough if he was looking for the easiest possible path... which he obviously was in retrospect. I was watching Team USA scrimmage and it was almost nothing but Warriors on the court.

Crazy.
Cousins was cleaning up under the glass. And :oldlol: at around 6:40 when Anthony does the fadeaway against Oladipo and he gets a foul and 'Dipo is like "Where!?" and Antony goes "You too small, you too small." :oldlol:

The 'easiest path' would be to stay in OKC. He had a stacked roster that probably should have been in the NBA finals, and was playing for a franchise with no history or expectations. Going to GS has placed a huge target on his back, and added a ton of extra pressure.

I thought the same thing when LeBron went to Miami. Everyone talked about it being the 'easiest path'. The 'easiest path' would have been to stay in Cleveland, and try to win a title for a franchise with no expectations. By choosing Miami, he became the villain, and increased the pressure on himself 10 fold.

Now, I didn't like either decision, because I prefer players stay loyal to their franchise and fan-base... but I don't agree with the idea that joining a team with win-a-title-or-bust expectations is the 'easiest path'.

Crowder sounds like an absolute salty idiot. You had the "secrets" to beat the Warriors, but didn't have the secret to beat the Atlanta Hawks :lol
