In the 2016 Finals he was not able to play as well as he did in 2015
What happened in 2016 that didn't happen in 2015? The MCL injury

[Quote]The MCL is one of four ligaments connecting the femur bone to the tibia at the knee. It helps keep the knee stable as it moves from the outside to the inside.
So the lateral movements are going to put pressure on the ligament.

Curry wins an asterisks title and loses when the field is level.
Also blew a 3-1 lead when healthy and 2 games at home.
Confirmed loser.

To be fair to warriorfan, Curry was indeed injured. I've watched a lot of highlights recently of his exploits during the Regular season, and there is a drastic difference between the way he moved and carried himself in the finals compared to beforehand. However that does not excuse him or the Warriors for blowing the finals, and Curry sure as heck isn't one of the clutchest players in NBA finals history (wow, clutchest actually isn't a word). He scored 10-11 ppg in the 4th quarter against a vastly inferior opponent, that was another one of the factors in this finals was that on top of being injured he also had legitimate defense being played against him from start to finish.

James Harden has led the league in 4th quarter scoring 2 years in a row. Clutch?
