I've never been very interested in politics, mainly because I've never felt that it affects my day to day life.

How will my life be changed based on whether Trump or Hillary wins the election? Why should I care?

Please enlighten me.

H-dawg seems to be a puppet so everything should be relatively the same as Obama but the Don might shake up some things.

Very easy and I tell many people to vote with the thoughts of your money.

How does it affect your daily life? Taxes.

Vote for the candidate that is going to save you the most money. This is one thing I tell everyone when they don't know what the hell is going on or do not know how one candidate can benefit them.

With that said, you are better with Trump.

Have you ever though about running for office?

You're a great politician and have a huge following. Work your way up and eventually become President. I believe in you.

I posted this in FB as well, my brother agrees with you, he wrote:

"If Hillary wins it'll most likely be business as usual, along with her delightful chuckles.

If Trump wins it'll most likely be be business as usual, with a small chance of some crazy shit happening."

I'll take some TRUMP.

I think.

Vague and stupid way to look at things.

Taxes and healthcare is what someone should assess when talking about how they are going to be affected. Especially if you have no clue in what's going on.

I've noticed quite a few posters on here who were hating on Trump six months ago but are now borderline supporters. What a time.

Trump literally has no "how" in his plans he has publicly talked about. He says he will cut taxes by huge margin, somehow create new wealth, rebuild infrastructure, put up a massive $20 billion dollar wall by forcing Mexico to pay, expand military to WW2 levels, get rid of past trade deals, end terrorism in middle east, end violence in america, etc etc.

It's just bullsh*t rhetoric with no plan. :hammerhead:

What has Hillary proposed to do apart from spend millions upon millions of dollars on useless smearing advertisements of the Donald?

I guess you have to talk about someone elses proposals when Hillary has none.

none. they're both different sides of the same coin.

if you want change, elect an outsider.

A serious question, from someone who supported Sanders:

what do you mean by "shaking things up"?

For what purpose do you want "crazy shit" to happen?

How much "crazy shit" are you willing to tolerate for achieving your purpose (ie where do you draw the line)?

If you can't answer those questions, then voting based on a desire to "shake things up" may not be a great idea.

Presidents don't have much power to do stuff on their own domestically that will make a dramatic difference in an average person's life.

Exactly. I have no idea why people have this strange idea that electing Trump will stop all these terrorist attacks around the world.

Jumpin Jesus on a pogo stick, someone finally f*cking gets it.

Its no different internationally either. Anything a president does has to go through Congress. They control the national purse strings.

Makes no difference who the president or prime minister is anywhere.. They don't really run the show

Whichever leaves more money in your pocket and takes the least off you is the winner
