Better, but not PHX good. I've seen lots of highlights from his Phoenix days and it's clear he had more confidence and more freedom than he has in Miami. Also he's now 3 years removed from his great year and is now on the wrong side of 30. I believe he'll do good though

His usage rate is going to be significanly higher without Wade handcuffing him. 19/6 on 57 TS% is my expectation. He's only 30.

As seen in his PHX years, the tempo or game plan was faster..

When you see Heat this year. it was slow paced and more half-court.

He is still a bit effective in this system, but he is more suited in an uptempo system.. dunno about spoelstra on this.

Dragic's contract annual average is 17 million.

That's 17% of a 94MM salary cap. It's going to be an even less percentage after the spike to 102+ million next summer. Dragic's contract is fantastic now. He's getting paid half as much as Mike Conley, and is getting paid less than Kent Bazemore

Josh Richardson will start, with Tyler getting the reserve minutes at both guard posistions.

Considering both those young studs are excellent 3 point shooters, Dragic, and the Heat in general will have much better spacing, along with great pace.

Agreed, but lets hope that he finds his form and is better than '14 Finals Wade, defensively. If he doesn't, it's going to be a long shitty season.

I'd be surprised if he matches or tops 20/6/3 on 50/40/76 like he did back in Phoenix.

I want the Heat's offense to go through Dragic 95% of the time and then trade him after near years to a fake contender like the Hawks or the Rockets. Mavs? Magic?

They have a different style of play but their results are similar. I may take Conley with same salary but i would certainly take Dragic at 17million over Conley at highest paid of all time.
