Sorry if the question sounds stupid, I was just curious if such an absurd phenomenon is possible.

Idk, but this happened in the 2000 Finals

Shaq's rpg: 17
Kobe's ppg: 16

Shaq's ppg: 38
Kobe's fg%: 37

No, but I know a player who shot 8/27 and 6/24 in Finals games that he's won because his help bailed him out like usual

So Kobe is the best scorer during the Shaq-Kobe Laker era?

Interesting...

That's not what people say mamba.

Don't act like you did it on purpose with some scholarly intent, instead of just googling that exact phrase on the link in hopes that something would show up in your favor :lol

Off the top of my head, the only finals teams I can think of whose top scorer was under 20 ppg are the 1991 Lakers and 1994 Knicks. I don't know if there's ever been a finals team without a player scoring at least 18 ppg. I could be wrong about that but I don't feel like looking it up.

Weird thread.

Kobe got carried, as always.

Thats all that matters.

Fake 'legend'.
