Tupac makes better music though and his music is more impactful, lasting and meaningful. He has voice talent that is rare in rap. He's more than the ability to spit bars. Unmatched charisma, great inflections, etc.

Tupac getting free of Death Row and getting with a label that maximized his talent would have been awesome. Dre is great and all, but he needed to work with more high level producers. So much of his music that was put out is garbage, and that isn't a criticism of him.

Some guys like Jim Carey and Robin Williams can pull it off, but in Eminem's case, it's like Jerry Seinfeld trying to do serious dramatic acting.
