44% is half the problem, but 40% in finals? It's cancering level

I don't understand this, you got people making so many of the same threads bashing a player and said player has millions and doesn't even know you. I'm sure what you have to say doesn't bother him. :facepalm

And that is with a broken jumper. That is pretty alarming.

Using FG% to measure perimeter players in this era serves no purpose other than to advertise a posters stupidity. OP, please go to the store and buy a clue.

44% when guarded by 2-3 players, seems pretty legendary, consider lebron got one man handled by a role player.

Kobe must be like Steph Curry and have an insane career 3 point percentage to make up for the chitty FG%, anyone got that figure?

Kobe was a great player, but shot selection was not a strong point.

Except shaq was the one drawing triple teams

Shaq was getting double teamed before he even got inside the arc just so he couldnt get position in the paint

Kobe didnt see any special treatment until 08, even then it was no different than any other star wouldnt get

40% is atrocious

Yah most of those quotes you Kobe fans have been using for years and holding on tightly to are Pre-2010 and outdated

Shits changed

4 MVPS/3FMVPS changed

And we could go back n forth who said what all day

General Consensus has Kobe ranked 8-13 and Lebron 2-5

One guys story is finito, the other ones story is knocking on MJs door

Kobe is the greatest player of his era nuff said this is all documented and said by many NBA players/legends.

Many Laker greats including Magic/Kareem/West/Shaq have said Kobe is the greatest Laker ever which automatically puts him in the top 5 players of all time along with Magic, Jordan etc....

Lebron stopped knocking when he lost in the NBA Finals to role players twice, and also being Jason Terry's bitch in the 2011 Finals and another embarrassing performance in the 2007 NBA Finals. :oldlol: :oldlol:

I could go on and on about Kobes down years, but that would include missing the playoffs, not losing in the finals

But instead of bashing Lebron, which your fanbase is bad at doing

Instead, try to convince myself and others how Kobe is top 5 with facts, not arbitrary opinions, explain how kobe bryant is top 5 with facts

Right now, go

Terry was Wade's defensive assignment...

Don't forget, Terry put up even better numbers on Kobe (he was assigned to guard Terry) when Dallas swept them in the 2011 playoffs.

Terry TS% against LAL.... .757
Kobe's TS% .519

LMAO you are an idiot and shows you don't watch basketball.

Kobe was guarding Jason Kidd throughout the series. It was Fisher/Blake/Metta that were assigned to chase Jason Terry.

32 year old Kobe Bryant (playing with multiple injuries) put up better numbers against the Mavs than Lebron at 26 (in his prime) did vs the Mavs.

23PPG in 37 minutes vs 17PPG in 43 minutes

Lebron was basically a role player :oldlol:

Again Kobe was not assigned to guard Terry. Phil Jackson would never do this to an aging Kobe Bryant that was coming out of multiple injuries. This is also the same reason why he put Kobe on Rondo instead of Ray Allen to preserve his energy on defense.

If you know basketball you would know it's extremely difficult to continue to compete at a high level after making the NBA Finals 3 straight years without any backcourt help.

Jason Terry making Lebron his bitch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHtuQIJ1F1U
