They just happened to run into LeBron James. He was probably the only player in NBA history that could have won in that situation.

They were an epic choke job away from losing in the WCF, and not even making the Finals. Heck the Blazers, who only advanced because of injuries to CP3 and Blake, were putting double digit leads on them.

They've played a total of 2 healthy good teams in 2 years, and went 7 both times. They inarguably have 0 claim to best team of all time.

The goal is to win the championship which they didn't accomplish. Every team in NBA history that has won a championship has accomplished its goal more than the 2016 Warriors.

They have zero argument for being the best team ever. None whatsoever. Their entire playoff run was underwhelming and inconsistent. You can't be in the discussion for best team ever without a dominant playoff run, or at the very least an extremely impressive playoff run.
