Celtics. Great depth, great coach, likely to improve at deadline IMO.

Brown will surprise as well.

On topic, Celtics. But like that other guy said it won't matter, Cavs vs Warriors 2017 is already set in stone.

Raptors need to use Valanciunas more. He was huge for them in the playoffs when Lowry and Derozan gave them nothing.
If they use him and he takes a leap...easily the Raptors. If not, probably Boston.

I think Raps have a better RS record, but Celtics get further in the playoffs, maybe ECF bound

Both are gonna be used as Lebron's personal scrotum cleaners next year, so it's more of a who the f*ck actually cares question.

If I had to choose, I say Celtics hit mid 50s like 54-55 and Raps regress a hair to like 51-52.
