Kobe- 38/5/4 on 61 TS%

Gasol- 12/12/0 on 45 TS%

Lakers lost by 6 points in Boston. People talk about game 7 but if Gasol showed up in game 5 the series would have been over in 6 games.

2016 NBA Finals game 5

LeBron- 41/16/7 on 61 TS%

Irving- 41/3/6 on 82 TS%

Basketball is a team sport you clowns.

Jalen Rose injured him on purpose. You have no integrity.

http://articles.latimes.com/2012/sep/18/health/la-sp-ln-lat-jalen-rose-says-he-hurt-kobe-bryant-in-2000-nba-finals-on-purpose-20120918
Nearly 12 years later, it appears Jalen Rose wants to come clean.

Remember, when Bryant suffered an ankle injury in the 2000 NBA Finals against the Indiana Pacers? It didn't happen because Bryant randomly landed awkwardly after shooting a jumper. It apparently happened because Rose made sure it would.

"I think I did it on purpose," Rose told Grantland.com. "I can't say that it was an accident."

Look at the 1:33 mark of the video below and you can see for yourself. It's hard to reach a conclusion based on that video that Rose pulled a dirty trick by planting his foot underneath where Bryant would land after shooting a jumper. After all, Rose turned around during Bryant's shot. But with Rose's admission, who's to argue with him?

"Kobe Bean Bryant goes up for a jump shot out on the right wing," Rose told Grantland.com. "I contest the jump shot. Kobe lands on my foot. He hobbles off and actually misses the next game. If it was up to me, he should've just missed the whole series. I would've had a championship ring and it would've been no harm, no foul."

No worries, we've got a lot of cancering.
How about 22.6 - 2.8 - 4.4 38.1%, 17% 3PT and selection to top 10 worst finals performances in NBA history? :oldlol:
Ups, it seems no excuse, any injury there.

I use to love when Kobe haters would say he had a stacked front court I mean just LOOK at his starting centers numbers, boy oh boy STACKED

They don't really throw Bynum's name around anymore so I'm glad they wised up

It's amazing how the Lakers beat the vaunted Boston team that had KG, Allen, Pierce, Rondo and Wallace. Heck they even had Tony Allen in that team.
Their regular season record wasn't great that I will take this team over other finalists like Dallas, OKC etc.
Lebron did NOT beat this team until he joined Bosh and Wade in Miami where the two combined for 46 pts/game vs Dallas.
Lakers shot like crap but they responded with solid defense and no nonsense basketball.
Fisher who had a career playoff 3pt % of 40% shot 20%, Odom shot 10% from there too. :facepalm
Lamar who was a pretty good passer had more turnovers than assists.

Game 5 was a fun game to watch, particularly in the 3rd when Kobe went on that run.

Van Gundy calling out Artest on his flopping was awesome. :oldlol:
