The guy stole a Buick 2 hours earlier, and was with another guy with another stolen car, then cops found him in another stolen car, a Jag. He wanted to live life GTA style and he died GTA style. I don't see a problem here.

i wonder why cops think its a good idea to jump in front of a getaway car then shoot the driver dead claiming they tried to run them over. Its forceably putting yourself in danger to claim defense to kill someone. almost like the zimmerman and trayvon martin situation.

Dashcam from the oncoming police car captured the Jaguar crashing into it head-on and causing the airbag to deploy. O'Neal ran, and officers pursued on foot him down a gangway between houses as multiple police officers converged on the scene.
