Hillary said the "first key task" (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/07/29/hillary-clinton-will-reset-syria-policy-against-murderous-assad/) of her presidency will be a "full review" of the situation in Syria. On multiple occasions she has spoken about how she wants a no fly zone Syria, which would essentially be a declaration of war against Syria and would almost certainly require american boots on the ground.

Not only would a no fly zone cost a lot of money and lot of syrian lives, but it would also antagonize Russia. The Syrian air force is in shambles, most of the planes flying over the country right now are Russian planes dropping bombs on ISIS.

So no, its not a conspiracy at all. She has publicly stated that her first task as president is to attack one country and antagonize another.

There are a lot of people who are straight up brainwashed. But this should be no surprise: the vast majority of Americans, of all political persuasions, have actually been convinced that frivolous war-making, spreading "democracy", and the worship of finance, are conservative principles. By making these things bipartisan there is thus no real political opposition to their agenda, so that it could only be prevented by a mass uprising (that's to some extent what Trump represents, and why he's so hated).
