I usually have a cup of coffee, and something like toast , cereal or baklava.
Just seems like a kick start for me .

Peanut butter, bagel, banana and protein shake has been a classic go-to-breakfast for me.

eggs or chicken/turkey sausage
If eggs, may also have pork sausage or bacon
some sort of carb source such as toast/waffles/crackers and hummus/potatoes
skim milk or a milk protein drink
maybe some dark chocolate or dates to top things off
I dont mess around at breakfast. Most important meal of the day.

Same. I used to eat breakfast, but after getting used to skipping it in high school I can't go back.

Cereal would be you're best bet out of those since it's the most balanced meal due to the milk... That's my take on your breakfast.
I always eat the same thing. 3 scambled eggs, a whole wheat bagel w/strawberry cream cheese, and a venti Iced coffee from Starbucks sweetened and with cream (which I drink over the course of 6 hours.) It's fast, balanced, and holds me over for 4-5 hours. Those who don't eat a good size meal soon after awaking are doing themselves a big disservice. I remember just haphazardly eating not really having a particular schedule often skipping breakfast... and I also remember how much more unproductive I was.
