Nah, only people you can argue over lebron without mental gymnastics and counting rings over everything else is kaj and MJ, and even then it gets close.

Statistically... He has at least 70 different arguments over Lebron....as well as 70 arguments over MJ, Kareem and every human who ever played the NBA.

forget still baldin tho...Wilt HAS 70 statistical arguments over MJ!!!! Let that sink in...

Only player to WIN rings over multiple top 5 GOATS..Russell and Kareem...i could go on and on

+
only player to average 25 points, 25 rebounds in a finals series
+
is, along with Magic, the only player to have posted back to back official triple doubles in the Finals
+
only player in history who has never grabbed less than 10 rebounds in any Finals game (in 3 or more series).

"How did he do in the Finals?" :lol

First of all, people who use without context stupid lines like the "30-22-18" or the "2/6" one, are moving into my ignore list. Even more so, when they don't even use the correct version of the first one, which is 30-23-19, easy evidence of their bias.

Second, adding context: Wilt's regular season (RS) vs playoff (PO) scoring season by season vs the same opponent:

1960:
vs Nationals-- RS: 38, PO: 38.7 (adv. PO)
vs Celtics-- RS: 39.9, PO: 30.5 (adv. RS)

1961:
vs Nationals-- RS: 39.9, PO: 37 (adv. RS)

1962:
vs Nationals-- RS: 48, PO: 37 (adv. RS)
vs Celtics-- RS: 41.7 (incl. games that Russell missed, else, it's 39.7), PO: 33.6 (adv. RS)

1964:
vs Hawks-- RS: 32.8, PO: 38.6 (adv. PO)
vs Celtics-- RS: 29.1, PO: 29.2 (adv. PO)

1965 (playing for Sixers):
vs Royals-- RS: 36.8, PO: 27.8 (adv. RS)
vs Celtics-- RS: 25.0, PO: 30.1 (adv. PO)

1966:
vs Celtics-- RS: 28.3, PO: 28 (adv. RS)

1967:
vs Royals-- RS: 28.6, PO: 28 (adv. RS)
vs Celtics-- RS: 20.3, PO: 21.6 (adv. PO)
vs Warriors-- RS: 20.7, PO: 17.7 (adv. RS)

1968:
vs Knicks-- RS: 22.6, PO: 25.5 (adv. PO)
vs Celtics-- RS: 17.1, PO: 22.1 (adv. PO)

1969:
vs Warriors-- RS: 12.6, PO: 12.0 (adv. RS)
vs Hawks-- RS: 17.9, PO: 19.2 (adv. PO)
vs Celtics-- RS: 16.3, PO: 11.7 (adv. RS)

1970:
Too small RS samples

1971:
vs Bulls-- RS: 21.2, PO: 15.7 (adv. RS)
vs Bucks-- RS: 23.2, PO: 22 (adv. RS)

1972:
vs Bulls-- RS: 8.8, PO: 14.5 (adv. PO)
vs Bucks-- RS: 13.0, PO: 10.8 (adv. RS)
vs Knicks-- RS: 16.8, PO: 19.4 (adv. PO)

1973:
vs Bulls-- RS: 11.5, PO: 12 (adv. PO)
vs Warriors-- RS: 5.7, PO: 7 (adv. PO)
vs Knicks-- RS: 9.3, PO: 11.6 (adv. PO)

RS vs PO: 13-13

Drops by 5+ ppg: 5
Raises by 5+ ppg: 4

RS vs Finals: 2-3, without taking into account his 1970 series (higher than his single regular season game vs the Knicks that season).

So, yeah, the whole Wilt in the playoffs thing is a lot closer than "30-22-18".

No he doesn't.

2 rings and 1 fmvp just doesn't cut it. You can argue GOAT peak and GOAT prime but not GOAT.

Yes, he does. Every player who has a GOAT level prime is a GOAT candidate, unless it's a short one - and Wilt's was like 1 decade long. Some had been arguing Bird for GOAT back in the mid-80's, with 2 rings+1 F.MVP won and with less prime years having been played. That's not to say that I agree, but you can clearly see that getting GOAT talk is not that extraordinarily hard to get among fans. Even his post prime was close to GOAT level, he just didn't play in this as many seasons as Kareem.

And why care that he has 2 rings? He's definitely more dominant than anyone who's ever won as many as 2 rings, so it's not as if you can put him in the same category with even the best players who've won 0-2 rings and apply the same criteria. 4 MVP's, with players voting, without even having won in 1962 or 1964, is a testament.

And it's not "1 FMVP", unless you concede that he has more than Russell...

Wilt has an acedemic philosophical theory about him. Bron doesn't have that, in fact no other player has that.
