The rest of the world? Eh...not completely sure he's lying as I wasn't there, but how do they only steal his wallet (surely he had other valuables) and why is he running off during the investigation, escaping a subpoena? He doesn't want the thieves (or thief? conflicting stories) to be caught?

Possible but if all he lost is money he doesn't need to make up a story. Just don't say anything b the cover-up actually creates suspicion when no one would know anything if he said nothing.

Bigger question is why does OP care about Ryan Lochte?The fact they this story is news that a lot of people are wondering about is something even you should be capable of understanding. Well, maybe you can't.

They returned with their wallets (who they claimed were stolen), watches and phones. What kind of robbery is that? Also the gas station (where they claimed they took the taxi) cctv of that time period was given to the police and nos sign of the swimmers there.

How come anyone believe that he said "whatever" and didn't get down after a thug from Rio cocked a gun and pointed to his forehead? :oldlol:

There seems to be a lot of truth to this story (that the swimmers made this all up)

I told you that "pointed the gun at my forehead and I said whatever" was bullshit. More evidence indicating he has lied:
