The article mentioned that officers said, after 45 minutes, one of the officers noticed a gun. I also read the officer said so over the radio.

If there was no gun, they're probably going to jail. If there was a gun, then it really depends on what the body cameras show. There has to be footage of the incident..

If guilty, by all means, hammer them with jail time.

These race soldiers will go unpunished and that is what people like blm are complaining about, the police are basically allowed to do anything they feel like and their word will be taken for it, thats a problem.
