I'm sure OP is being sarcastic...otherwise I feel bad for your taste buds.
White people for the most part make pretty bland food, missing that flavor.

Jaime Oliver? He tries too hard. Once saw one of his videos where he claimed flat iron steak was the best cut out of any beef cut.

Well traditional WASP food in the US is a bit bland although the sweets/deserts are arguably the best but you are underrating Southern European/Mediterranean food(ie Italian, French, Greek, Spanish etc.)

We split Roastbeef into 2 areas, Beiried and Rostbraten. The later being the further back part.
Imo the best meats
Beiried

Not a fan, but one of the better parts still.
Cut here's a tad different, but Beiried is Rib Roast I guess and Rostbraten is from the top of the rip area

Not a huge steak guy tbh but once in a while it's nice. I much prefer some carne asada tacos and i throw in some beef ribs on the grill.

Is english cuisine underrated?
i'm sure their top chefs are great, but that's true wherever you go.
AFAIK they're known for basic, snack-type food, similar to the USA up until a few decades ago, and even still today.

It can only be underrated, since english cuisine is known for being bland and awful.
