At the end of Dragonball they were all pretty much multiple times stronger than Roshi. After Goku defeated Demon King Piccolo, Goku went to go train with Kami while Krillin, Yamcha, Tien and Chaozu went training with Karin for the 23rd tournament

In Dragon Ball Super: Golden Frieza movie, Roshi is seen on a badass level above Ten Shin Han and shitty Chaozu. Roshi was shown to be about the same level as Krillin.

Roshi is way below them. Roshi never went to fight to fight the Saiyans or Androids. Tien was able to hold off 2nd form Cell. They were fighting really weak soldiers from Frieza's army.

Everyone surpasses Master Roshi...maybe even Yaijerobi. Yaijerobi was cowardly but deceptively strong. Yaijerobi and Choatzu are clearly the weakest in the group. I haven't watched the series in so many years that I can't pin point where they became stronger than Muten Roshi, but it was early in the series. In fact at the beginning of DBZ they were already stronger than him more than likely.

Tien and chaozu trained with king kai in the namek saga. Training in that high gravity environment is what made goku strong enough to fight the saiyans in the first place so it's safe to say that they both surpassed roshi with ease.
