So your evidence is stylistic differences in how they dunked on their opponents?

What actual measured attribute does DJ surpass Wilt in? 40? Vert? Any measure of strength or agility? Balance/Coordination? To claim he's more athletic, I'm sure you can provide evidence of his superior measurements

Unless your evidence truly is a gif comparing how a dude in the 50s/60s dunked a basketball to one current.
EDIT: I may be mistaken. I assumed you were using said gifs to "prove" DJ was more athletic. If that's not the case and you're just showing them just for comparisons sake, then don't mind me =p.

For his size (6'11", 265 lbs), DJ might be the most athletic big ever. But some guys lighter were quicker while some guys heavier were almost as explosive. Bottom line is both are two of the most freakishly bigs to ever play the game.

But man, that DJ is so special athletically. I've watched this guy grow up from being potentially traded for a washed up KG to being a GOAT level athlete. Sheer explosion off the floor, D12 is it. But DJ isn't that far behind.

6-9 3/4 with a 30.5" vertical.

Chamberlain was taller than 7-1, weighed 290-320 at various times in the 60's and 70's, had a documented 7-8 wingspan, won college high jump championships (and did so part-time, and with poor technique)...as well as so stunned Tex Winter with his FT line dunks, that he headed a committee to ban such "freakish activity." He also amazed none other than Arnold, himself, when the two worked out. Even Wilt-hater Bill Simmons is on record as claiming that Wilt was the strongest basketball player of all-time.

But yes... DJ was slightly shorter and likely more athletic.

Just listen to the first few minutes of this...LISTEN... at the 1:40 mark. And keep in mind that Artis Gilmore was 7-2.

I'd say he is a couple inches shorter, and more athletic, when you combine leaping, strength, speed, coordination.
