i've tried it so many times, in many different variations and at some of the best restaurants in the world and still fail to see the appeal of it.

it's relatively bland, lacks natural flavour, and has a mediocre texture

why do people love it so much again?

Just know you'll never know what fresh shrimp, crab, tuna, salmon, or halibut tastes like out of the ocean. By fresh I mean.... caught that day and put on ice immediately, and prepared later.

As a fisherman, though the work is sometimes grueling, it's always nice to enjoy the fruits of my labor. Obviously nobody on here has the know-how or the resources to catch their own shit... bunch of lazy dumb-asses complaining about their Sunday night with their parents at Red Lobster and why "Lobster is so ****ing overrated bro!" :oldlol:

Lobster isn't the best, but who doesn't enjoy lobster knuckles every now and again? And if you've tried is so many times, then maybe save your parents a couple bucks and order the chicken fingers instead. That's more your style anyway.

Went to florida and we caught fishes. Put that shit on ice and as soon as we got home we fried that shit. BEST fried fish I have EVER ate in my LIFE. I will never forget how amazingly fresh that shit was.
