I wasn't saying that Kobe was top-3, I just don't want any of the MJ/LeBron/Kobe staning in this thread.
T-Mac is a good pick.
How about Wiggins? He's not on the Vince/T-Mac level as a player yet, but he's freakish in his leaping.

Wade has a good combination of quick first step, speed, strength and bounce.

What was unique about Wade is that he was the height of a PG, with the length of a forward. That combination let him be extremely agile (lower center of gravity), while still having the ability to play big (excellent rebounder, finisher, and post player).

Comperable to size? Wilt or Shaq.
Overall..?
I'ma go with Mcgee, since Vince Carter and T-mac were already mentioned.

No mention of Grant Hill? Good leaper, agile, co-ordinated, quick first step, fluid, great lateral movement( was still an excellent man defender even in his late 30's).

This is the most athletic feat to ever be performed in the NBA by a guy not named Jordan, Kobe, or Lebron and it's not even close:

My man Scottie has to be up there:
put a cape on that man (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSSzG1xqJzU) (and that's at 30)
Not many players in the league that could pull that off (https://youtu.be/N5sHdmQahNk?t=76)

Wiggins has great leaping ability . But i'm not seeing great explosiveness and amazing reaction time like T Mac had from his game .
As a few more options ;
D-Wilkins , Vince Carter for sure , David Thompson ..

Deconstructing a myth: Vince Carter having “Michael Jordan potential” (https://asubstituteforwar.wordpress.com/2011/11/05/deconstructing-a-myth-vince-carter-having-michael-jordan-potential/)
That was always nonsense...Vince never had close to good enough handles and driving ability to have "michael jordan potential". Even from his early prime he was always a settle for the jump shot type player. (Tmac was the same way) The closest thing we've had to MJ is a peak Wade.

Well...the dunk is more iconic, but the actual show of athleticism is higher in the one I posted.

Among the great HOF type players (which is important because they FORCED their will to dominate with their athletic ability), these would be my top ten from a historical standpoint: (no particular order)
Baylor
Doc
Hawkins
Thompson
Nique
MJ
Kobe
Vince
Bron
D Wade
Honorable Mention: (could have easily been in the top ten) Drexler, T Mac, G Hill, Pippen
If we are going with WHAT HAPPENS in the game, I'm rolling the HHF Nique Wilkins! His catalog of freak athletic plays is more vast than anybody else's. I think MJ had the most complete arsenal of freak athletic tools. MJ was great off one foot, great off two feet, and had the sickest array of layups.
From a dunk contest point of view, I would give that to Vince. And I think Bron is the impressive athlete overall because of his blend of size, strength, speed, and aerial ability. So in a sense, I think Nique, MJ, Vince, and Bron would be your pick DEPENDING ON your specific criteria.

Wings are SFs in my book ...
So I'm leaving out the bigger guards. The Jordan, Kobe, Wades, etc. They're long, and capable of at times being wings. But they're still considered smalls.
So that narrows it down to Dr. J, McGrady, Vince Carter, Nique, PG13, Hill, Pippen, Wiggins, James White but with the obvious answer being
LeBron. The baby from basketball planet krypton.

His overall athleticism is overrated AF.
He's a great leaper that's basically it. He's avg in other areas.

The term wing IS USED for either a SG whose secondary position is SF. Or for a guy who plays SF as his primary position. Wing is a hybird term. SG and SF are legit positions in the context of the sport. But on the flipside as Jalen Rose said, positions were created so a novice can understand the game. However, I believe positions are beneficial to have in general anyway.
Guys like MJ and Kobe were as big as many SF's in their eras. But for MANY SG's in history, their secondary position was PG. I'm talking guys like West, AI, Monroe, Wade, Bing, Dumars, Pistol Pete, etc. THOSE guys aren't wings. However, I included Wade because the criteria laid out was for SG's and SF's. But guys like an MJ, Kobe, Drexler, Thompson, Carter, and T Mac can be considered wings.
