Best 1st Draft Pick of all time:

I'll go with Kareem Abdul Jabbar.
There are plenty of greats in that 1st pick, and it's really close between him and Lebron james, but at this point I still think that KAJ is the best player to ever come from the first pick in the draft.

Score:
KAJ - 9
Lebron James - 6
KAT - 1
Ewing - 1
Allen Iverson - 1
Chris Webber -1
Magic Johnson-1

Karl Anthony Towns

Just had the 2nd greatest rookie season of all time. Right behind 03 Wade but he wasn't the #1 overall

So many wrong things in one simple statement...

Actually surprised.

I thought the 1st Draft pick will be a sweep for KAJ with maybe a vote or two for Lebron.

Wonder how this will turn out.

Damn its between KAJ and LBJ but how can you pick?

I guess KAJ right now but who knows when LBJ's career finished.

They are #2 and #3 all time imo but LBJ could be #2 or even #1 by the time he finishes.

Id go:

KAJ
LBJ

Magic
KAT (more of where I hope he ends up)
Ewing
Webber (MIA in the last 5 minutes of big games)
Iverson

Yup it's a hard decision, without a doubt.
But at this point it's still KAJ.

For how iconic the draft was and being #1 in very top heavy draft I say Lebron.

Isn't this supposed to be best player picked at that position? LeBron is not better than KAJ, and it doesn't matter how good the rest of the draft was.

Did I just see someone put up Ewing, KAT, Iverson, and Webber as better players than David Robinson? Jesus ****ing christ. :facepalm

KAJ bailed On the Bucks after Oscar retired, so he may be one of the worst picks ever.

Won 5 rings for the team who drafted him.

That's a very solid argument.
