Some ad agency did a survey on this not long ago, I think it was NBA only, and there's a pretty unanimous opinion that The Bulls logo is the best in the NBA. As with a lot of it, it helps that it's attached to an iconic franchise, but even beyond that, these guys all say it's a pretty perfect logo. And part of the evidence for it is that it's never been changed.

As far as the best logo in all of sports I would go with the Raiders with the Pittburgh Penguins in second place.
