View Full Version : LeBron might have the most vicious killer instinct ever

As evident this finals
Klay talked shit about him and he laughs maniacally and figured oh well let me just come back from 3-1 down and shit on Klay, curry, currys wife, tumorhead speights, green and the entire organization.
Let me drop 41, 41 and a triple double back to back to back
Let me sink a 73 win team
Let me win finals MVP again
Let me embarrass the unanimous MVP and block his ass to death

Yes I noticed this also when he put the squad on his back in the 2007, 2011, and 2014 finals

It would of been if it wasn't for the fact that Draymond Green got suspended and then Andrew Bogut and Andre Iguodala got injured. It's a bummer that compromised his performance.

You're pointing to the 2016 Finals,
But I think his best 'Murderous' Moments came some time ago.
The 45 point game vs the Celtics. (Recently watched it for the first time. He looked like he was posessed by the ghost of Michael Jordan or something. He was -not- going to lose that game.)
That's the same vibe I got from him on game 5/6 of the GSW series.
In fact, I think Underdog Lebron is a whole lot more dangerous then what we've seen in recent years.
His 2015 finals really made you think he could beat an all time great team with Delly and TT as his running mates. The start of 2016 finals (Games 1 and 2) showed you a reluctent and passive Lebron.
It took him being in a hole to really bring out the best in him.
Lebron really thrives when shit hits the fan.
Some of you may not remember, but in game 5 versus the spurs they started the game 22-6. Yes, it wasn't enough, but it really just shows you what kind of gears the man has when he is in a pinch.
I wouldn't call Lebron the most vicious killer.
I'd definetly consider him for the most reliable saviour though. When shits hits the fan, almost no one rises to the occasion like him.

Killer instinct that wants to play with the best players not beat them.
Here's who he has defeated in the playoffs:
Duncan, Tony Parker, Ginobili, even with GOAT coaching
Unanimous MVP Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, 73-9 warriors, with Kevin Love OUT and LIMITED in Games 5 and 6
Durant AND Westbrook AND James Harden
Paul George
MVP Derrick Rose
Melo AND Stoudemire
Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, Rondo
All, at the time, one of the league's BEST PLAYERS. He beat ALL of them.
BUT, because he became teammates with Wade and Bosh, who Lebron had NEVER EVEN PLAYED AGAINST IN THE PLAYOFFS and were NO threat to him, he joins the best and isn't a competitor.
Lebron didn't join them because he couldn't beat them, because there's no evidence that he couldn't beat them. Rather, Lebron joined them because he COULD join them and he did and in the process he became the baddest mother****er in the NBA.
Eat shit, eat facts, and suck a dick, bitch.

So captain Isiah bitched out Laimbeer and Rodman for flopping/exaggerating contact all the time? He didn't want that on his team?
Bird yelled at Ainge when he did it...said he's making the team look bad?

Nobody's flops are more caricaturized than LeBron's because he basically copied Dwayne Wade's methods, but did it awkwardly in a much bigger body and without the slyness like fox that Wade did it with. So it was just a complete joke to watch .. there's a difference between selling contact, and a CP3 helicopter flop.. bron has veered more towards the latter side of that scale.
Tpols with his daily mamba meltdown. Absolutely furious LeBron won lol

They can't control the mindset of teammates, only themselves. Killers are killers. Betas are betas. LeBron was a beta who willed himself to be a killer at times but at his heart, he's lover, not a fighter.
It shows with his flopping, 2011 finals, getting Draymond suspended, being carried off the court when it wasn't warranted and Tweeting stuff that hinted he was jealous of Curry's juice last year.
This is just my take. If you disagree, no big deal.

Why cant you guys understand that insecure people arent the best? And if youre insecure, the best way to hide it is through statpadding. The best example for this is wilt. But somehow, bran stans think its just coz of teammates. He already had it but still couldnt do it thats why the league has to stepped in to ensure him victory.

No.
He's a great survivor when pushed to the brink.
Usually in that position due to not asserting his will aggressively earlier in a series. Take game 1 of 2015 Finals for instance.
Had he been a killer, it wouldn't have even needed to go into OT. Kyrie possibly never gets hurt. They win at minimum 3 games, maybe even the series.
LeBron led teams find themselves in game 7 way too often to be considered killer.
2012 Celtics
2013 Pacers
2013 Spurs
2016 Warriors
2011 alone negates any killer talk. They were the better team, clearly, and had a grasp on the series. Yet still found a way to lose it. Almost did the same in 2013 as well.

So how do you explain LeBron's play in the 5 straight Finals following the 2011 Finals? How come he played so differently than he did in 2011? The 3 Finals (12,13,14) had nothing to do with Wade publicly handing him the reins to the team before the 2012 season started?

Anyone can talk about the moment before it happens but that's different from the actual moment and how you react to it. For some reason, the lights were too bright for him in 2011. Why? I don't know but anyone with eyes could see that. If you had your LeBron shades on, you didn't.
Luckily for him, he truly redeemed himself after that but you still have to call 2011 for what it is.

No player in the history of sports had as much media pressures on him as Lebron after The Decision and after losing in 2011. And then came the Lebron mad face game in Boston in Game 6 on his way to taking the ring from OKC in the Finals.
Followed by a ring the following year, a good season in 2014, an unbelievable playoffs in 2015 with Love and Irving injured, and the miracle win 6 months ago vs the Warriors.
So, yes, i would agree that Lebron has a lot of killer instinct.
