I've worked in a kitchen before and that sh1t would not pass an inspection. It does get incredibly messy as you say, but it's the owner's responsibility to clean it nightly. Those hood filters in the video are dirty as fvck, and a huge fire hazard bc of all the built up grease. That floor needs to be degreased asap.

New Hampshire has some dirty ass standards.

I worked in a restaurant once and we were spotless. We were so clean that whenever the health inspector came, she would just watch us cook and talk about life and family.

That restaurant must have been closed and video is exaggerated for views.

No health inspector will pass that place.
