My nephew (19 yoa) was pulled over with three friends (18-19 yoa) . All were high. They had weed in the vehicle. They had a firearm that wasn't registered to anyone in the vehicle (one's parent). None have records. In an upscaelish area (Awhatukee). Officer contacted the parents. Issued no citations. Didn't tow the vehicle.

One of my friends (back when he was 19) was pulled over with a couple friends. Sober. A joint was in the glove compartment. Wasn't his car. Wasn't his joint. Gets booked for possession, driving under the influence and gets a traffic citation. Vehicle was towed.

One is white (Russian) with a Jewish & Armenian friend in the car.

Other is half-black with black friends in the car.

Guess which is which?

I don't think a lot people place themselves in the shoes of the officer. When you point a gun at a guy, and he doesn't flinch or listen to a word you say, the entire dynamic of the encounter changes. He eventually obeyed police orders when 3 more cops showed up. He was on PCP. As to the third point, you'd have to be any combination of a complete imbecile, divorced from reality, or simply too lazy to check your facts.
