talking about Mike Miller and yeah no doubt but also J Jones over on Miami had hot hand at times and broke up quite a few games, he was right around 40% that year they beat down the Thunder

A lot of his shooters received their passes exactly where they wanted the ball

He's one of the best drive and kick player in the league with his great court vision.

and if his team doesn't break those team scoring record, what says about 2 pointers being efficient?

Mind boggling that the Cavs didn't surround bron w shooters earlier in his career. 2009 was really the first year Bron had shooters on the Cavs but it wasn't as much as he has now or the Heatles era.

Donyell Marshall. Damon Jones. Boobie Gibson. Mo "Money" Mo Williams, etc.

It's just smart team-building. You have an unselfish player like LeBron who goes to the basket relentlessly and attracts double teams and you need to surround him with elite shooters if you want to have a successful offense.

I love a good drive and kick offense.

Rondo/Rose/Westbrook come to mind as good drive and kick playmakers.
Lebron is obviously up there too, thing is, 3pt shooting really depends on the system.

Chaning frye is a great example.
Shot lights out in pheonix where he got proper looks from dragic and bledsoe,
and really struggled in Orlando where it was Payton and Oladipo

I dont think Shane Battier was anything special shooting 3's. And LOL at Shumpert

Pretty much just AAU ball. It's fun to watch. But when it gets shut down, it's gets ugly relatively quick (see 2007, 2011, 2014, 2015) and it usually renders role players useless as they forget the skills that got them to that level. In the gym practicing 3's, exclusively.

When it works, it works. No complaints here.
