My story never changed, The original article i posted stated he didn't have a gun, witnesses say he didn't have a gun, and in the video you can see the cop taking something out fiddling with it then throwing it on the ground. :confusedshrug:

But what no one cares about seemingly is that this guy has shot at police officers before! And served time for it. It is important to know if police knew this when engaging him, although apparently they weren't there at the residence for him. If they knew he had a record of shooting at police, then they were justified in basically gunning down this lunatic as soon as they saw the gun. Kick some dirt over his grave and move on.
