Definitely, since he went out of his way to mention that Kobe wasn't who he was referring to. :lol

There was an article earlier this week about how he wasn't the biggest fan of the whole "Kobe farewell tour" thing either. He was obviously subtle in how he phrased it but you could read between the lines. There is probably some truth to that but 90% of the problem was Byron Scott which shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. But even in regards to coaching, after all the praise he showers on the new coaching staff he (no doubt being PC) says:


“The coaching staff, the whole atmosphere that this coaching staff brings is different. I’m not saying better, I’m not downgrading the last coaching staff. I’m just saying the atmosphere they bring every day is a winning mentality.”
