yeah. sautee with diced garlic, some unions. teaspoon of mainaise, half teaspoon of fish sauce, and a teaspoon of chilli garlic sauce. mix and eat with white rice.

expiration dates mean a lot less than you'd think when it comes to food, so first of all don't worry about it.

anyway, i'd go with tuna salad on bread or even noodles, rice.
