News is saying his name is Nathan DeSai (pictured above) based on the car and condo involved but police haven't confirmed identity of man they apparently killed. HPD should be giving a press conference shortly.

Father's name is Prakash.

EDIT: Now they are saying he was wearing "Nazi" paraphernalia yet still won't confirm who the hell he is.
