Top to bottom they have one of the best squads. Based on potential and skills. I give them 2 or 3 years to become title contenders.

That was a quick fix.

We also have the real coach of the Warriors.

I like Nance.
I think he brings good things to the table.

But I also think Randle's upside might be higher, I think it's worth to let them fight over minutes and just decide as the season goes along.

Only player who I think is going to be a star is Brandon. The guy can flat out shoot...I thought he wants to be KD but can not do what KD does on the perimeter, I was wrong the guy is a shooter first and what not afterwards. Russel will never be a real star and neither will randle....They need to get rid of the snitch and the undersized PF who can not shoot the 3 and just rebuild around Brandon.

Edit here is what Lakers should do

Trade Randle for a solid wing player who can defend and shoot the 3 like Rudy Gay. Let Rudy Gay and Luol Deng share time at the 3 and 4 spot (we know Walton and the GSW system wants the 4 to shoot the 3.)

Trade Donothing Snitch Russel for a point guard who will just play his role and feed Brandon the ball at his good spots

This is important because Lakers need a new culture and Randle/Russel being sub par players and having that losing mentality is not going to be good for Brandon in the long term either.

Get it done !

I give Randle another year before we see where we go with him but as of right now he doesn't fit into the system if Luke is going to got he Warriors' route of playing.
