I see a strong resemblance in the eyes and some Black folks will tell you Bill is the first Black president. Perhaps Bill has some Black in him? Maybe 10%?

Why do they always refer to Bill Clinton as having "infidelities"? Bill Clinton was kicked out of Oxford for rape and admitted guilt. Bill Clinton admitted to sexual harassment as the president and paid a settlement of $800k. He's accused of something like 17 rapes and sexual assaults.
