If you're eating Subway for health reasons or to lose weight, haha... it's worse than a burger. Seriously. Look it up. You can do an italian bread veggie delight with no cheese and that's about it. Everything else is bad for you.

In terms of what I like for taste...

1) Big Philly (streak & cheese with extra steak & cheese) - toasted
2) Pizza Sub (this is essentially lots of pepperoni along with marinara sauce from the meatballs and then green peppers / onions... it's really good but not on the menu... they can make it though) - toasted
3) Meatball (no toppings... just cheese) - not toasted
4) Chicken Breast / Rotisserie Chicken (all veggies minus pickles, banana peppers and jalapenos... no cheese) - not toasted
5) Veggie Delight - (all veggies minus pickles, banana peppers and jalapenos... no cheese) - not toasted

Their bread is made to be it's final form in house daily... it's so soft and delicious.

I mentioned before Aberdeen,SD on main hwy has the best subs...

Lines always at noon.

Usually when I get a sub , its cuts or turkey with lots of banana peppers and tons of vinegar and oil
